When will my order arrive and what will it cost?
Royal Mail 2nd Class
All orders are sent with Royal Mail using a non-trackable service. Delivery usually takes between 3-5 days.

Out of stock items
If there is an item that is out of stock you can sign up to the newsletter for updates or get in touch on socials @ginnypicklesdesign
Returns
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days after the item(s) have been delivered. We do not currently offer paid returns meaning you are responsible for the shipment and payment of the return. We would always suggest using a tracked service for your return.
When returning your parcel, please clearly mark it with your full name and order number. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
In order to return an item correctly, please follow these steps:
- Email to flag return
- Return must be sent to us within 14 days of purchase
- Item must be returned undamaged and unused, with it's original packaging
- Return your items to us using a tracked service
- Please note, custom prints are not refundable or exchangeable.
